A great career opportunity has arisen for a recent Law Graduate to join our Environment, Planning & Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and cement a career in this very busy practice.

This full-time role provides the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of work which is fast paced and exciting.

**You will possess**:

- A passion and a strong interest in the Environment and Planning jurisdiction
- Some knowledge in some key practice areas of the Property team, including acquisitions and disposals
- A key interest in becoming a litigator
- Excellent academic record
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-confidence
- Strong analytical, research and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills.

You will be a valued member of a team where practitioners are encouraged to be responsible for their own matters and where they are given autonomy. Key areas of the Environment and Planning practice which you will be exposed to include:

- Land and Environment Court litigation
- Drafting strategic planning and development advice
- Assessing environmental impacts
- Drafting planning agreements
- Undertaking planning and environmental due diligence.
