_OTSW Disability Services support individuals living with disability across Sydney. OTSW is a registered NDIS provider providing NDIS participants support with capacity-building, occupational therapy, community access, life skills, assistive technology, equipment, both clinic and home-based therapies._
- The Role_

Your primary responsibility will be to support people living with a disability. This can involve manual handling, community access, transportation, personal care and companionship.
This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people’s lives and is passionate about the work they do

**We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with**:
Eligibility criteria:

- Minimum of 6 months paid experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- A relevant qualification in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support.
- Two relevant, professional and industry related reference checks.
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a NSW Working with Children’s Check, Police Criminal Check, for employment purposes.
- Have a current or be willing to obtain a First Aid (HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate.
- NSW Drivers License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or willing to obtain

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
