**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage aspects of the store's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times, in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as necessary to remain competitive.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preferred experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial analysis.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
