**Service Station Store Manager**

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual to join our business in the leadership role of Retail Operations Manager. The position is responsible to monitor the overall performance and operations of our service station, ensuring that maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction are achieved through effective merchandising, pricing, and inventory control.
- This position will be reporting to the Directors and the job description includes but is not limited to_
- Maintain effective day-to-day store operations and determine the level of stock for smooth sales and service standard.
- Proactively plan and direct outstanding customer service and sustain sound client relation.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence and promote sale of product.
- Capability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Ability to recruit, train, develop staff, manage performance and comply with company procedures
- Strong financial judgement with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Develop, motivate, inspire and support your team
- Drive performance of the store by empowering the team and exceeding KPI and report it to the director.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Responsible for overseeing the shop accounts, to ensure all financial transactions are recorded as per the compliance and regulatory requirement.
- Ability to provide by formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies.
- Organise and control the daily operations of a retail trading establishment.
**About the applicant**:
- Have at least 3 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation to inspire team members for excellence
- Good time management & leadership skills
- Must be able to ensure shop retail sale growth by devising smart marketing strategies.
- Skills of maintaining records of stock levels and Financial transactions.

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Salary**: AUD 60,000 - AUD 80,000 per year plus superannuation.
**Salary**: From $60,000 -$800001per year
Work Location: In person
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
