About the role

Bridgestone Windsor Gardens is seeking an exceptional and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Windsor Gardens, SA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and sales performance. As the Store Manager, you will play a vital part in driving the success of our retail business in the local community.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Coach, train, and develop the store team to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the store

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required for this position
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store profitability
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management best practices
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this role
