We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a global employee assistance programme (EAP) provider, whereby your daily interactions with clients will have a direct and positive impact on their lives. Providing wellbeing solutions to customers on a global scale, our client is seeking multiple customer service professionals to join their friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the National Contact Centre Team Leader, the Client Care Representative is responsible for providing support in all aspects of customer service and engagement across the business. This role’s focus is the effective management of all calls, regardless of the enquiry, with some administrative tasks needing to be completed on an ‘as required’ basis.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Customer Excellence
- Assisting clients with service requests for appointments and support
- Supply information in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining an excellent knowledge and understanding of services offered by the organisation
- Completing allocated tasks and projects assigned by the team leader accurately and within the required timeframes
- Proficient use of all systems
- Ensuring all complaints/issues are undertaken according to system guidelines and processes
- Administration procedures (e.g. staff roster, bookings, leave provisions etc)

**You will ideally have**:

- Customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to be understanding and empathetic towards customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and resilient within a shift work environment
- Capacity to deal with complex health matters, whilst maintaining emotional separation from the presenting issue
- Team oriented approach to work
