**Position: Support Worker/Carer**

**Location: Caringbah, NSW**

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable in-home aged care services, distinguished by our innovative approach that reduces total costs by 30% to 50% through mínimal management and service fees.

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Caringbah**, NSW, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
