australia greater geelong contract negotiableThe Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the IMF program, taking charge of planning and executing approved data & analytics initiatives that align with the overarching strategy.

This organization is seeking a seasoned professional with a leadership background in Program Management, steering high-profile data and analytics technical programs within large and intricate enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the planning and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for strategic data & analytics initiatives, collaborating closely with Executive leaders and Strategic Delivery stakeholders. Deliver on data & analytics milestones that support the strategic plan.
-Lead, empower, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team within a matrix delivery environment. Ensure that planning and scoping decisions align with the enterprise architecture.
-Engage in negotiations and influence leaders and executives across key business areas and Strategic Delivery to promote understanding and advocacy of the Enterprise Data Hub.
-Provide leadership, specialized technical advice, and guidance to delivery teams. Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture for successful program delivery.

-Proficient in generating high-quality, executive-level business cases.
-Ability to influence executive and director-level stakeholders with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
-Highly skilled at cultivating a positive team culture while prioritizing program performance and delivery.
-Capable of managing challenging stakeholders and facilitating the expedient resolution of issues.
-Knowledgeable in program and project management frameworks, as well as agile delivery.
-Willingness to attend the Geelong office a minimum of three days a week.
-Highly resilient with a consistently professional attitude.
