From epic weddings and social soirées to slick corporate functions, we do it all — and we do it with flair. We’re on the hunt for an **Event Coordinator** who's a master of multitasking, thrives under pressure, and loves collaborating with passionate teams.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate and deliver all kinds of events — from the chic to the corporate — across our properties.
- Finalise bookings, manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and keep everyone in sync from kitchen to front-of-house.
- Work closely with sales, chefs, stylists, and suppliers to make magic happen.
- Tackle last-minute curveballs.
- Be our event calendar guru — organised, responsive, and always one step ahead.
- Jump in on Saturdays and work outside the 9-5.

**What You Bring**:

- At least 4 years of experience coordinating events.
- Qualifications in events or hospitality are a big plus.
- Next-level customer service — you don’t just meet expectations; you blow them away.
- Cool head under pressure and razor-sharp attention to detail.
- RSA & RCG certified.
- Current driver’s license and your own vehicle.
- Familiar with Tripleseat and Visio/Event Draw? Even better.
