We are looking for an experienced Consultant to take over an exceptionally hot desk in the aged care market.

Sanctuary has been lucky enough to boast huge growth over the past twelve months giving you a fantastic platform to work from. This role is pivotal in launching us into the back end of the year as we continue to grow and thrive.

**Your daily responsibilities will be varied and will include a range of recruitment associated tasks such as;**
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 years of relevant experience or a relevant degree and 2 years experience required
- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
