Your New Role

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a cohesive, supportive team in a down-to-earth and client focused environment. The ability to work from a virtual office will reduce the hours spent travelling to and from work.

Working with a small team of Recruitment Consultants, you will source, assess, and shortlist the best talent for a variety of roles for Engineering and Technical businesses.

**You will**:
Source and build pipelines of talented professionals
Take job brief form the hiring manager
Conduct interviews to ensure a suitable match to the requirements of the clients
Manage the recruitment process and onboarding
Manage relationships with hiring managers and build confidence in your ability to deliver
Ensure a high standard of placements are achieved in a timely manner
Develop industry networks through attending relevant functions as required.
Become knowledgeable in the engineering sector you are recruiting for

**Your Background**:
High performing Recruitment Consultant with demonstrated relevant experience.
Proven track record in sourcing and retaining talent
Outstanding customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Customer-focused professional with a strong work ethic
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
Committed, self-motivated and outcome driven
Continual learner who is coachable
