**About the opportunity**

Our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC) is currently under construction, and it's set to be a game-changer. Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the newest addition to the Primary Connect Network, boasting an impressive 44,900 sqm facility that's almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). With this expansion, we're taking Primary Connect's national supply chain to the next level. The state-of-the-art facility will also incorporate advanced automation technology, allowing for faster and more efficient handling of the 12,000 product lines, and further strengthening Woolworths Group's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the logistics industry.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for testing and automation? Do you have experience in logistics and supply chain management, along with a deep understanding of automation systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Woolworths Group's new automation site in Moorebank as a Site Test Lead As the Site Test Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our Automation Test Strategy. You'll be responsible for overseeing the testing of our cutting-edge automation system, ensuring that it meets our high standards for quality and efficiency. Your impact will be felt as you lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing is conducted in an effective and timely manner. You'll also collaborate closely with the Operations and Moorebank Leadership team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing, ensuring that our automation system is operating at peak performance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management, along with experience working with automation systems. You'll also possess strong leadership skills, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
