**Your new role**:
As a result of the growth within our business, we are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will bring with you demonstrated previous skills and experience in the development of specialised software systems.

**About you**:

- As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

- Strong understanding of Software Development lifecycle, and experience in at least 2 major lifecycle phases (i.e. requirements analysis, architectural design, coding, integration, acceptance testing), in an acquisition or sustainment context
- Strong working knowledge of C/C++ Programing language
- Experience in object orientated programming
- Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of several software development lifecycle options, and experience in at least one (e.g. agile, waterfall, spiral)
- Experience in use of Configuration and Change Management principles and tools
- Strong ability in defect analysis and rectification

Clearances
As Defence security clearance may be required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
