The successful applicant will:

• Work actively within a youthful, family oriented, fast-paced environment

• Be comfortable with liaising with clients directly face-to-face, via email and telephone, confidently and independently in a timely manner

• Be able to work seamlessly with a tight-knit team of Sign & Graphics Installers

• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated toward graphic design and the signage industry

• Have the ability to meet pressing deadlines and maintain outstanding organization skills

• Be punctual and professionally presented

A day to day snapshot of the role will look like:

• Greeting and liaising with clients in a friendly and efficient manner

• Creating eye-catching designs as per clients branding visions and briefs

• Creating artwork that can be translated to "print ready" formatted files to align with the graphics installers preferences

• Actively upholding company policies and utilizing internal apps/software systems and scheduling jobs

• Submit quotations for clients approval

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in graphic design (signage industry preferred)

• Be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal

• Experience in receptionist/front of house type roles advantageous
