**Food and Beverage Attendant**

**$28.46 Monday-Friday, $34.16 Saturday and $39.85 Sunday per hour Casual**

**Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
You will provide exceptional service to Sea World Resort’s guests in all areas of Food and Beverage including the buffet restaurant, lobby bar, poolside café, room service and functions/events.

**Duties**:

- Taking food and beverage orders and cash handling
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of menus and specials
- Maintain stock requirements to meet shift needs
- Set up and pack down of restaurant, bar and function rooms
- Responsible service of alcohol
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain the workplace in a clean
- and hygienic manner
- Demonstrate effective team work qualities and an understanding of legislated health and safety requirements

**Skills and Experience**:

- A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Previous cocktail bar, a la carte and function experience is desirable
- Must be available to work on any day, including nights and weekends over the summer holidays
