**Seasonal Food & Beverage **Attendant**
**Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Superstars to join Village Roadshow working at Sea World Theme Park As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be responsible to meet, greet and serve our guests with professionalism and ensure high standards of food safety. You could be working in Fast Food, Cafes, Bars/Restaurants, Ice-cream parlors and Mobile Carts. You must love working outdoors and up-selling

**Duties**:

- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent guest service and to promote a positive working environment
- Operate POS register with accurate cash handling
- Ensure all orders are accurate and presented to the required standard
- The ability to up sell & value add to every order to maximize revenue opportunity in an effort to achieve outlet KPI’s
- Follow workplace hygiene procedures and maintain the workplace in a clean and hygienic manner

**Skills and Experience**:

- MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY to work on any day including weekends, evenings, school holidays and functions
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Queensland certificate essential
- Previous Food & Beverage experience and comprehensive knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) skills highly regarded
- Excellent guest services and effective communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
