An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Warehouse Administration Assistant** to join our Creatives Services Team at out Brunswick location. The warehouse is our creative hub where windows and visual merchandising concepts come to fruition. This position is responsible for attending to daily tasks around the studio environment and providing daily administration support to the Manager.

You may also be involved in production of the elements utilised in our Visual Merchandising and Store Fit-out Concepts, Campaign Shoots and Brand Presentation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting in the business and smooth running of the studio tasks
- Dispatching booking for local, interstate and international consignments
- Compiling rosters and installation schedules
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers
- Following up deliveries
- Keeping accurate counts and records of stock on hand and advising when necessary to reorder
- Complete time sheets for studio Payroll
- Reconcile invoices for HO relating to studio deliveries
- Assisting across other areas of the studio as required by the Manager

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Visual merchandising or production experience is beneficial
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer program skills including excel, word and outlook
- Proven interest in Visual Merchandising/ production in the retail space
- On-site 5 days per week.
