West HQ Ltd, is seeking a highly experienced General Manager for its gaming business.

The role will manage one of Australia’s largest and most complex gaming installations of 720 EGM which is continually a top performer in the NSW State Rankings.

The successful individual will be a pivotal member of the senior leadership team that is responsible for a business that operates and interrelates across five industries (entertainment, fitness, hotel, hospitality, and gaming).

Key focus will be on:

- Exceeding governance, compliance and reporting standards;
- Highest level of data analytics;
- Lead and implement an upgrade to our gaming system;
- Lead, prepare and advise on cashless gaming; and
- Investment into our asset ongoing.

Our goal is to be the #1 gaming venue (non-casino) in New South Wales in 5 years along with being western Sydney’s premier entertainment destination.
