Position overview
The Assessment Administration Officer role is responsible for case managing matters received by Complaints and Statutory Referrals, with core functions including the assessment and evaluation of building and/or plumbing complaints; building surveyor termination requests, referrals and notifications from building surveyors and initiating the appropriate course of action in accordance with the relevant legislation and VBA guidelines, as well as ensuring compliance, issuing of education or warnings, triage for investigation, referrals to other agencies.

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to provide end-to-end administration of case management of complaints and other functions
- Experience in use relevant legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines to determine and undertake the appropriate course of action
- Sound knowledge on how to produce a range of business correspondence and reports
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
