**The Role**
The Business Manager is an important member of the Amphibious Combat & Sealift Systems Program Office (ACSSPO) leadership team. The role of the Business Manager is to provide workforce planning, change management and administrative support to the ACSSPO. The Business Manager also manages a small team providing security, records management and facilities management services.

The ACSSPO is an integrated team focused on delivering amphibious capability to the Navy. The team consists of ADF, APS and contracted personnel covering a range of disciplines including engineering and technical, logistics, corporate performance and decision support. The team values teamwork, mutual respect and continuous improvement.
