**Retail Designer - Full Time, Adelaide-Based**

If you’re an interior designer with a passion for creating stunning spaces that bring brands to life, this one’s for you.

Yo-Chi is on a serious growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a talented, detail-obsessed, brand-aligned designer to help us roll out new venues across the country. Think of it as designing happiness—one fro-yo-filled space at a time.

We work flexibly (no head office), but we love coming together in our venues to soak up the energy and bring ideas to life.

**About Yo-Chi**

Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages can connect. Since opening our first venue in Balaclava in 2012, we’ve grown to **44 venues** and are now preparing for **global expansion in 2025**. As a proudly Australian, family-owned business, we put **chi (positive energy)** at the heart of everything we do.

**About the Role**

The **Retail Designer** will be responsible for bringing our venues to life—ensuring every new space reflects our brand’s signature warmth, energy, and inviting atmosphere. Working closely with our **Design Director**, you’ll support on concept development, materials selection, and project coordination to ensure every new Yo-Chi venue is a place people love to visit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Developing and executing interior design concepts that align with Yo-Chi’s brand vision.
- Managing venue design projects from concept to completion with high-level guidance from the Design Director.
- Selecting finishes, lighting, and materials to create cohesive, brand-aligned spaces.
- Liaising with drafters to review and mark up construction drawings.
- Coordinating design approvals, building permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing external contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years’ experience in interior design, ideally in retail or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of branding in physical spaces and customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software is desirable.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
