Our client is a nationally recognised retailer and household name, who have a proud and rich history of excellent customer service and market leading products. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Financial Controller to join the business in this period with potential to move into a permanent position.

The
**Finance Business Partner** is responsible for working collaboratively to deliver core financial and business insights to the Property Team and other key strategic partners within the business.

Some of the
**responsibilities** will include:

- Business case preparation for leasing decisions, new stores, relocations and refurbishments
- Involvement with Special projects including evaluations and key metric analysis
- Post Implementation Reviews (new stores, refurbishment, special projects)
- Help enhance the business plan, budget and forecast analysis and insights presented to stakeholders
- Present consistent, timely and accurate financial and management information - including periodic & ad hoc management reports, metrics, CAPEX, analysis and commentary

The
- Demonstratable experience as a business partner
- CA/CPA preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills. Ability to keep others informed
- An analytical and curious mind, comfortable with both numbers and non-numerical data
