The Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO of Homes Victoria is responsible for providing administrative, coordination and reporting support to the Deputy CEO, Homes Victoria. This position is seeking an energetic person willing to work in a dynamic environment.
You will provide a range of coordination, administration services managing correspondence, calendar requirements, coordinating workflow and work with the Principal Advisor to ensure the Deputy CEO is well supported. You will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will have proven experience dealing with a range of key stakeholders. You will work with staff within Homes Victoria to ensure that actions are followed up and completed against mandated timelines
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including liaison with ministers' offices, senior executives, government and non-government officials, coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow up actions, and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
