**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker who brings compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to every interaction. You’ll be supporting individuals with diverse needs to achieve greater independence and inclusion in their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality, individualised support in daily living, community access, and personal care
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and allied health professionals
- Support clients with complex needs, including mental health challenges where applicable
- Accurately document client progress and incidents
- Promote dignity, choice, and autonomy in line with person-centred support plans

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed care
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions is a strong advantage

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Working with Children Check for Employees (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Fire and Safety Training Certification (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
