**About the Role**

We are seeking caring, motivated, and reliable **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team. As a support worker, you will provide person-centred care that empowers clients to live as independently as possible in their homes and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication
- Support with mobility and transfers (manual handling)
- Community access and transportation
- Encourage and foster independence, life skills, and social inclusion
- Document progress notes and report incidents as needed

**About You**:

- A genuine passion for helping people with disabilities
- Minimum 6-12 months experience (preferred but not essential)
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own insured vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per government requirements)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful

Pay: $24.07 - $53.29 per hour

Supplementary Pay:
