Forbes Batteries & Electronics are a long-standing Toowoomba business with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation within the region. We focus on achieving results through excellent customer service, product knowledge and efficiency.
We have an award-winning Telstra dealership operating as an independent Telstra partner. Our primary focus is achieving profitability through excellence in sales and customer service. We are currently looking for someone to join our team in a part time or casual capacity for around 20-30 per week.
If you would like to work in a busy and supportive close-knit team selling Telstra products and other communications related products while providing customers with great personal service then we are looking to hear from you. Telstra or telecommunications experience is strongly preferred but not essential and ongoing training is provided. The position is essentially a sales and customer service role but will also include basic tech support. An interest in technology and an aptitude with computers, tablets and mobile phones is a must.
Applicants should be reliable and have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Shop hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 8-12.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
