We’re thrilled to announce an opening for an initial **3-month secondment role** as a Client and Community Partner, working at Salem and Northridge Salem Aged Care in Toowoomba.

The Client and Community Partner is the local face of Salem and Northridge Salem Aged Care service located in Toowoomba. The role is responsible for community marketing, promotions and sales of our aged care services.

Lutheran Services is committed to becoming Queensland’s most loved aged care and community services provider - and our Client and Community Partners are pivotal to achieving this.

This role is responsible for sales, community marketing and growing positive relationships with referral networks, community groups and local congregations. Most importantly the role partners with our potential residents and their families to guide and support them through the complexities of entering into an aged care service.
