We're now looking for a talented **Accounts Receivable Officer **to join our team based in Docklands.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your role will be to ensure all invoices are paid and processed in a timely manner to support a strong customer experience.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Maintain consistent contact with customers and/or their lenders and proactively guide them through the PD journey to ensure the timely collection of monies
- Ensure all customer and manual invoices are prepared daily as required
- Process customer cash receipts through General Ledger and Cash Journal
- Provide accurate weekly cash flow forecasts and maintain Debtors' Aged Trial Balance
- Prepare developer & supplier rebate invoices

**To succeed in this role, you'll need**:

- Sound knowledge of Accounts Receivable practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- SAP or other financial management systems exposure
- Ability to influence positive customer interactions
- Strong numerical skills
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and general ledger maintenance
