**The organization**

Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia (EWPA) is the peak representative body of the specialised Elevating Work Platform Industry within Australia.

A not for profit association, members include manufacturers, hire companies, suppliers, end-users, trainers and specialised support and service companies that cover the full spectrum of the elevating work platform industry.

The purpose of the EWPA is to ensure a safe and sustainable Elevating Work Platform industry. The EWPA is dedicated to ensuring members are kept up to date with the latest safety information relating to the operation and regulations regarding the use of elevating work platforms.

**The Role**

You will support the Association’s Accredited Trainers and Operators with day to day management of the training. You will liaise with our 200+ accredited trainers to deliver the Yellow Card and Gold Card training for EWPA/TSHA operators.. This is a varied and stimulating role, interacting daily with stakeholders, therefore excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate programs and events with meticulous care and attention to detail are essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer the financial records and qualifications of Accredited Trainers (AT) and manage, plan and facilitate Train The Trainer courses
- Manage ongoing AT audit program including the management of contract auditor/s
- Effectively manage all AT and operator enquiries
- Effectively handle AT and operator complaints and general enquiries
- Ensure accurate reporting of AT information in Student Management System (SMS)/ Learning Management System (LMS) and Excel
- Attend the annual HRIA convention and represent relevant Association training programs via the stand to key industry stakeholders
- Ensure the RTO operates to best practice through the continuous improvement and ongoing management of policies and procedures that are compliant with ASQA regulations
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the Associations

**The person**

This role will suit someone who has a positive, friendly and outgoing nature. You will have experience in managing different stakeholders be organised and have well developed communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Qualifications and/or previous experience in RTO administration and customer service
- Experience with the full MS Office Suite and LMS/SMS, CRM and Xero.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexible with the ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
