**About the Role**

The User Researcher will help to build a deep understanding of the current state of life events work. This includes undertaking a detailed stocktake, compiling a list and status of existing initiatives, and collating and synthesising lessons learned

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrated experience leading user research, including selecting and defining the process, creating and executing a user research plans, facilitating sessions and making recommendations
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in a User Research role
- Demonstrated experience with leading synthesis and sense-making of qualitative research
- Demonstrated experience in compelling written, visual and verbal communication of user research insights that effectively communicate to a wide audience
