**Fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Plan Management team.**:
**_ We are seeking to expand our team and seeking two team members to undertake the role of NDIS Plan Management Officer _**who offers strong customer service and bookkeeping skills. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation as a part-time employee (0.6EFT).

The roles are based on-site with one position in Bendigo at Lifely’s head office and the other position at Lifely’s Mildura office. The roles require 22.8 hours per week. The Bendigo applicant will be required to work Monday, other days to be negotiated while the Mildura applicant is required at least Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The hours of this position have the potential to increase so we’re looking for persons with the ability to work more hours in the future.

Remuneration commencing at $88,090 per annum (pro-rata) plus salary packaging (as per PBI status).

Remuneration commencing at Level 4 of the Social & Community Services Award ($44.58 hourly rate) plus salary packaging available to maximise your income by minimising tax (as per PBI status).

Training will be provided along with a detailed induction.

Plan management is when a Participant engages a disability service provider to support them in managing funding in their NDIS plan and acting as a financial intermediary.

The small Plan Management team supports over 700 Participants and is keen to build their team with another member with excellent customer service and book-keeping skills.
- A qualification in bookkeeping and/or previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector.
- Responsive team member who genuinely cares and respects others professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an ability to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to process invoices and payments accurately.
- Well-developed customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems and between Participants, their guardians, and providers.
- Honest, reliable, with professional attitude.
