**Position Title**: NDIS and Aged Care Cleaner
**Employment Type**: Casual
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
**Conditions**:May work alone or as a pair
**Location**: Bendigo & Maryborough
**Rate of Pay**:$30-$35/hr
**Reports To**: Operations Manager / Care Coordinator

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and aged care services. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in private homes and residential settings, supporting the wellbeing and dignity of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to a high standard
- Change bed linens and do laundry as required
- Assist with organising household items and light decluttering
- Follow tailored cleaning plans to meet individual client needs
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and appropriately
- Observe and report any concerns regarding client wellbeing or safety
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ homes and personal space
- Comply with all WHS policies, infection control, and service standards

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (aged care or disability sector preferred)
- Understanding of NDIS and aged care standards (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a duo
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual

**Requirements**:

- Current National Police Check (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Bendigo VIC 3550 (preferred)
