EPIC - NDIS at WISE, or ‘Employment Preparation and Inclusion in the Community’ program, operates in the Bendigo and surrounding areas of Victoria.

**Your new role**:
By joining our team of Job Coaches to deliver NDIS services in
**Bendigo,** you will engage, motivate and empower participants to achieve their goals You will develop, monitor and co-ordinate individualised tailored support based on participants’ goals and desired outcomes by identifying strengths for potential job interests, exploring options of voluntary work placements, travel assistance training and general employability skill development. This may include developing connections within the community and assisting participants to attend community events.

**What we are looking for**:

- Applicants with a passion for assisting people with disability to find meaning and fulfilment through employment
- Demonstrate some knowledge of people with disability either in a professional environment or through non-professional means or life experience, or a passion to learn
- Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage with participants, family/carers and services.
- Ability to function as a constructive and collaborative member of a cohesive team.
- Demonstrate qualities of empathy, compassion and integrity.
- Current Drivers License
- Certificate III in Individual Supports or similar and Level 2 First Aid, including current CPR qualification (desirable but not essential)
