Acting as a catalyst for change, this organisation is currently seeking an experienced APS6 Project Officer.

**Your new role**
As an experienced Project Officer, you will work closely and collaboratively with a team that is engaging with a variety of external agencies to promote national digital health services and systems. This role will see you, under limited direction, perform, coordinate, and assist in a range of complex project support activities. You will also have the ability to work to tight and competing deadlines and be able to display flexibility as priorities change. You will have excellent communication, both written and verbal and will be able to prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas and minute preparation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with exceptional project management skills. As well as this, you will have experience in:

- Provide expertise and technical knowledge in a specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with numerous stakeholders via several means
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex tasks, meet agreed deadlines and manage peak workloads
- Interpersonal skills of a high order and ability to work in a small but busy team
- Manage effective working relationships with internal staff and senior executives.
