**About the role**

Have you had previous experience as a Kitchen Hand working in a fast-paced kitchen in a medium-large venue? Or are you a looking for a new challenge? The Wattle Hotel is looking for a Kitchen Attendant/Hand to join our team at Kitchen Team.

**Key qualifications and attributes**:

- Demonstrated leadership and previous experience
- Ability to solve problems and seek guidance where necessary
- Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation
- Uncompromising approach to product & service delivery - a great hands-on service ethic
- Exceptional capabilities in quality and consistency of product delivery
- Experience in operating multiple obligations for several service points
- Supporting the Kitchen Team with day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and assist in their colleagues absence(s).
- Capable of working cohesively and autonomously within a team.
- Required: Availability to suit rotating rosters, that can span weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
