Operations Analyst

Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2009 with a simple, clear mission: to provide exceptional financial services to our clients. Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and is experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking to fill multiple positions across a number of key departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management
- Trading Platform and Bridge Administration
- Managing Business Relationships, predominantly with internal stakeholders
- Risk and Liquidity Management
- Analysis of trading execution
- Working in partnership with other departments to ensure company wide implementation of new initiatives
- Liaising with overseas staff to ensure global coverage of all operations
- Data analysis and reporting
- Prop Trading White Label onboarding activities
- Trading group set up
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including design, technology and product team
- End-to-end prop testing to ensure product has been configured prior to launch
- Completion of all activities on the prop onboarding checklist
- Troubleshooting as needed

Who are you?
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 2+ Years professional working experience
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated / Proactive
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Great communication skills
- Financial Services Industry Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Ability to understand derivatives
- Process documentation and workflow experience
- Able to write user manuals
- Building capability from PM point of view
