The **Future Generation Joint Venture** brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct **Snowy 2.0**. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- To assist the Vendor Manager to coordinate Vendor Qualification, Vendor Relationship Management, Vendor Performance Management, Vendor Development Plans and Vendor Engagement plans**Qualifications**:

- White Card

**Experience**:

- Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
- Some experience in developing effective Vendor and Procurement strategies, commercial negotiations and managing them across the lifecycle of a project.
- Sound knowledge of the procurement process

**Required Competencies**:

- Excellent usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving attitude, by being proactive and flexible
- Knowledge of the main Vendor Management methodologies and techniques (selection, development and supply base management);
- Good knowledge of Procurement Platform, Info providers + search engines;
- Sound experience in administration activities;
- Fluent in English

**Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Vendor Manager to manage the supplier qualification process, while coordinating with the Procurement team, to verify the vendor list coverage for each product class;
- Assisting the Vendor Manager in defining, coordinating with the relevant Departments, the parameters and performance indicators (KPI) of service, commercial, QHSE, financial and qualitative levels of suppliers/contractors, proceeding with the collection of the related data, to determine the overall rating and ensure that the vendor list is managed and updated;
- Analysing vendor rating reports and, in the event of deviations, preparing corrective plans and actions - coordinating with the Vendor Manager - to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and maintenance of service levels;
- Supporting supplier/contractor relations management activities;
- To liaise with ICN Gateway's designated people to promote business opportunities;
