The **Future Generation Joint Venture** brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct **Snowy 2.0**. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- The purpose of the Travel & Accommodation Coordinators is to make travel arrangements for personnel, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodation and handling any other trip-related tasks.**Qualifications**:

- White Card

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- High knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other presentation-based software
- Experience in working with multiple different systems including INX, Microsoft Office Suite and E7 - preferrable
- Experience with coordinating travel arrangements

**Required Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of the travel industry
- Ability to maintain and manage vendor relationships
- Understanding of travel policies and regulations
- Conflict resolution skills
- Analyze and interpret data for accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

**Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests as per the crew roster, Travel Policy or other company policies
- Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns
- Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
- Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
- Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization
- Crew flights and accommodation requests to be finalized by the end of each week.
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed
