**What’s the opportunity?**

We are the challenger in the marketplace and we are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow, maintain and retain some of our key clients in NSW.

To be successful for this great Sydney based opportunity, you will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact for all account needs and delivering a great customer experience. Providing strong account management, seek to understand the customers’ business challenges and utilise knowledge of the market and industry trends to identify and deliver solutions which address specific needs of the customer, drive growth and achieves key sales and profit metrics.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide strategic account management, through the development of effective and influential customer engagement
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key stakeholders across the customers organisation
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining
- Management of the end to end sales process from opportunity identification to close using Vocus’ sales methodology
- Drive sales campaign and strategic initiatives, plan for account growth, identify opportunities for solution expansion and drive action plans around accounts that are at risk of non renewal.
- Development of a well-defined account plan integrating products, solution and service offerings to achieve qualified funnel of sales opportunities
- Identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value proposition for solutions into the account
- Work collaboratively with Solution, Product and Business Development and Delivery peers to ensure targets are met
- Provide guidance and management of the customer through decision-making processes regarding cost-benefit, timelines, operational and change management issues.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics
- Customer Engagement -QBR, customer engagement meetings
- Conduct comprehensive account review at least quarterly with customers.
- Leverage industry and product knowledge to share insights about how the customer can maximise and drive business benefits
- Provide insight to the customer through commercial conversation, demonstrating new and valuable ways they can compete in their market
- Lead the implementation and solution development that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Work with channel partners to generate Vocus value propositions to the customer and solution outcomes which best address the customers’ needs
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

**What you need to bring to the table**:

- Minimum 5years experience in customer facing roles/account management.
- Solid experience solution selling a complex Telecommunications product portfolio.
- Excellent at sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
