**About the Organisation**

Due to sustained and continued growth, an opportunity now exists for an experienced
**Accounts Officer** to join this respected Not-for-Profit with a focus on community and empowerment and assist the finance team across the board.

**About the Role**

Based in Moorooka and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist the Finance team with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger reconciliations.

Joining a down-to-earth team, this role will primarily focus on varied accounts and receivable functions and support AP & Payroll backup as required. You will be responsible for:

- Prepare and process debtor invoices
- Debt collection
- Process and manage financial and related transactions across multiple systems
- Process and balance third-party sales returns
- Investigate discrepancies and queries
- Data input
- Banking and receipting
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounting software month-end and year-end close
- Monthly Reconciliation of control accounts
- Prepare audit documentation

**About You**

We are seeking an experienced accounts all-rounder with experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Dynamics 365, along with experience in the not-for-profit sector will set you apart from the rest.

You will be highly organised, with first-class attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Coupled with your friendly professional demeanour you will be passionate about what you do and bring your diligent nature to a welcoming team.
