We pride ourselves on manufacturing quality fiberglass swimming pools for our Dealers along the East Coast. We are in the process of moving into our newly built state of the art purpose-built manufacturing facility to fulfill our future growth plans.

Unprecedented business growth has provided fantastic opportunities for motivated, reliable, punctual and committed people to perform many tasks throughout the Production and Manufacturing process. Experience in the Fibreglass Manufacturing field is not necessary as full training will be provided.

You will play a key role in the Manufacturing and Production team by delivering exceptional quality craftsmanship and be part of a team dedicated to driving business performance and future growth.

**Scope of Works**:
Your role within the company will be to help manufacture and produce quality fiberglass swimming pools from the ground up. Tasks may include:

- Detail pools including trimming
- Assist with Mould Maintenance as/or if required
- Ensure quality of product prior to leaving the yard
- Perform other tasks as required
- Maintain all equipment in a clean and working order
- Maintain a clean workplace

- Can follow instructions from Area Supervisor, Coordinator and/or Manager
- Previous experience with Fibreglass or Manufacturing, is appreciated however not necessary due to on the job training provided.
- Forklift, Crane Licences, desirable
- Driver's Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
