**Team**

This role will work within the ANZ Marketing team with a focus driving and executing best practice event management and innovation. We are a fun, fast paced team who work hard to design and execute integrated programs across the ANZ region. We work with key stakeholders, locally and overseas, to collaborate and develop great campaigns that deliver business results to meet our annual pipeline targets.

We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join the team and be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders, global and regional campaign teams, ServiceNow business units to build content and experiences for our key strategic and large events across the year. This role is a maternity backfill for 12 months.

After a number of years with online events we now need further firepower to take our events to the next level and stand out from the crowd. These events include from small roadshows to large events 1000+. You will work with all the team to collaborate across APJ and ANZ.

Integrated program development, event management, relationship management skills, adaptability and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Partner with ServiceNow business executives, APJ and ANZ marketing team, digital and comms teams to create an holistic best of breed event experience across strategic events and larger events in our market.
- Have a commercial mindset to not only support event budget processes and analysis from pre-event forecasts to post-show reconciliation but ensure what we does drives measurable pipeline growth and revenue
- Managing internal communication with all Sales and Business Development functions to gain input the event content and experience creation and through to post event results
- Understand the ServiceNow brand and narrative and position to ensure consistency and compelling in market programs
- Lead event follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure we are monitoring ROI/value of all our strategic event investments
- Collaboration will be critical with many stakeholders involved in these larger programs of work. You will be the conductor of the orchestrater to ensure we have clear guidance, engagement and communication across the teams
- Act as ‘Event Advisor’ to the wider ANZ Marketing team and business and drive innovation and efficiencies across all our programs
- Be a data native and use data and insights to monitor performance and ensure objectives are met
- Manage agency/3rd party vendor resources to deliver campaigns and deliverables
- Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience and results.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- 5-8+ years of event experience
- Experience in managing agencies to deliver marketing programs at scale.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns
- Strong attention to detail
- Innovative thinking
- Collaboration is part of your DNA
