**About the Role**:
The role of Specialist Operations Service Delivery - Major Incident Coordinator responsibilities are mainly documenting & communicating activities across all major incidents.

The role is on a 7 days on 7 days off roster consisting of days and night shifts.

Duties of the role include:

- Provide initiation of technical and stakeholder bridges.
- Coordinate recovery actions and plans for Major Incidents
- Ensure that an accurate timeline of activities on a Major Incident is documented
- Execute notifications as defined in a Major Incident Management procedure
- ECR approval as a workaround/recovery option.

**About You**:

- Tertiary education in Technology related qualifications.
- Demonstrated work experience in Information Technology of which some years in service management.
- Certification in ITIL Foundation is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with “ServiceNow” will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to work a shift schedule (holidays & weekends required).
