We are a 100% form over function studio with printers, flat beds, laser cutters, routers and anything else you can think of to make the job as easy as possible. If what we design and make doesn't look beautiful, then the work isn’t for us. Aesthetics, quality and craft are our priorities.

Display in retail and the arts, both static and digital is our forte. We try and produce everything in-house, giving the ability to watch your project come to life every step of the way. From small product displays to large scale events with endless elements, we do it all.

While your skills and talents are a big part of the role, fitting in with our team is just as important. We are constantly challenged to produce and deliver the seemingly impossible, but we always succeed because of our teamwork and desire to do the best job possible.

**About the role**:
The primary role of the Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, packing and shipping orders, maintaining the warehouse by ensuring the space is tidy and safe at all times.

You would be working closely with the production and accounts teams to ensure deadlines are met.

**Your position will include**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times
- Managing incoming and outgoing goods
- Forklifting stock onto shelves to keep floorspace clear
- Receiving quotes from multiple logistics companies.
- Freight booking (local and interstate)
- Keeping spreadsheets for freight costs and tracking details.
- Packing anything from small boxes to large pallets.

**Your Skills/Experience**:

- Physically fit with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/ freight tracking data input
- Experience in warehouse and packing duties
- **Forklift license essential**:

- **Drivers license essential**

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
