**HICAPS is a health claims and payments solution for health care providers and as the Head of HICAPS Product, you will**:

- Be a key part of the HICAPS sub-domain leadership team accountable for the HICAPS Product and a leader to its colleagues.
- Lead the HICAPS Product, accountable for the design, build and change outcomes for customer related change programs and alignment to HICAPS strategic priorities and roadmap.
- Manage the flow of work across the Product teams, HICAPS squads and other squads to ensure full coverage of distinct work elements.
- Lead the financial performance of HICAPS Product, and responsible for risk and controls effectiveness across the business.
- Be a key relationship interface into HICAPS key external providers - Private Health Insurers, State Government insurance schemes, and other key partnership.

**What you will bring**
- In-depth project management / delivery experience, preferably with banking and financial services experience.
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector with a strong understanding of healthcare payments and interdependencies across the sector would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process-based solutions.
- Demonstrate strong experience and knowledge in an operational environment with experience in payments, business banking, and acquiring business units.
- Demonstrated experience leading a high performing, engaged and diverse team
- Proven project management experience and ability to collaborate with others to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps.
