**The role**: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Manager, Cyber Security Culture and Awareness who can build on the solid foundation we have and take us to the next level. You will have the opportunity to lead the strategic and operational direction to influence our clinical, leadership and other business functions attitude to cyber security to ensure that Queensland Health's Cyber Security leadership and cultural uplift improve security outcomes for patients and services across 17 organisations including the Department of Health and 16 Hospital and Health Services. Are you right for this role?To secure this role you will be assessed on the following:

- Expert ability to develop and implement, cultural change and business transformation programs, engagement and awareness building strategies, frameworks and methodologies to support effective change within a complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to acquire broad knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks related to information security, with the capacity to successfully adopt them in the healthcare environment
- Proven ability to foster productive partnerships and networks to deliver successful outcomes across multiple functions for the broader benefit of the organisation or strategic priorities
- Ability to think creatively and analytically and to work independently and in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team resulting in successful outcomes
- Proven ability in leadership, management and supervisory roles to develop and maintain an effective motivated team.
