
Retention Advisor

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Retention Advisor. As a Retention Adviser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Through inbound customer calls, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to identify the root causes of issues and deliver personalized solutions, leaving a lasting positive impact on our clients.
This is an inbound role, focused solely on receiving and addressing customer inquiries without any outbound dialing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Retain and enhance customer loyalty by providing top-notch customer-focused solutions
- Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support
- Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations and amendments
**A bit about you**:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or customer retention is a plus
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

**There are three stages to the recruitment of this role**:
2.**Chat Interview** you will then be invited to complete a chat-based interview, where you will be asked behavioral interview questions (similar to a face-to-face interview) taking you about 20-25 minutes to complete.
3.**One-to-One Interview **if successful, you will be invited to an interview where you'll learn more about the role and company.
