**Position Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Claims Services Officer - NSW Workers Compensation
- **Location**: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000
- **Salary**: Pay Band 2
- **Work Arrangement**: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office.
- **Shift Patterns**: Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly and busy team environment and would like to enhance their career with a well-respected division of Suncorp.

**What you’ll do**
- Lodge Personal Injury claims
- Investigate, gather and follow-up additional information to complete the lodgement for Claims
- Validate claim details for lodgement, and refer to business partners
- Manage complex escalations from business partners
- Prepare, proof and despatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and management
- Manage the request, receipt and dispatch of claim information

**What you’ll bring**
- **Attention to detail** - accurately checking and processing tasks and showing concern for all aspects of the role
- **Change management** - ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipated impact on both the team and self
- **Decisiveness** - ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner and determine what decisions should be referred for leader consideration
- **Planning and organisation skills** - establishing a process to complete tasks (either personal or for others) and allocating appropriate resources in achievement of same
- **Problem solving** - ability to quickly grasp information and/or seek out information, break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternatives
- **Time Management** - ability to implement the necessary tools and techniques to effectively balance and manage priorities
