**About the Company**

Our client is an acquisitive, highly successful, and established traffic management organisation. They are a well-recognized and trusted brand, and they pride themselves on being a specialist and a leader in their field.

**Key duties will include**:
You will be looking after the following:

- Full function accounts payable,
- Scanning & verification of invoices,
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices are resolved,
- Maintaining the prepayment schedule and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded,
- Dealing with inquiries from a range of sources across the whole business,
- Reconciling accounts and assisting with payment runs,
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**About You**
- At least 2-3 years’ prior experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
