**What we can offer you**: As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll be a key part of our shift towards a Centre of Excellence for L&D, acting as a connector and business partner to bridge training initiatives between the the group and ANZ business. - You will be a central hub, partnering with the business to build a sustainable and scalable learning approach across the entire organisation. - This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain significant learning and development, expanding your skill set. - You'll be a key part of our digital journey, exploring options for digitisation and automation of training. **About the Role and Team**: As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll be crucial in building a sustainable and scalable approach to learning across the entire business. This is a hands-on position, focused on solution delivery rather than just overseeing the team. We're shifting towards a Centre of Excellence for Learning & Development, and this role is a key part of that. Based in our Corporate Office, you'll report to our HR Director, Neonie. You'll act as a central hub, partnering with the business to meet compliance and contractual learning needs. The position is more tactical than strategic, with a strong emphasis on engaging with internal teams and global counterparts. You'll be responsible for identifying key learning needs across the enterprise and ensuring the appropriate delivery of all learning operations. **In the role, you will**: - Coordinate training content and development updates. - Serve as the system administrator for the My Learning platform. - Develop and maintain the content review cycle. - Oversee the training establishment for new contracts. - Create policies and procedures to deliver effective learning and development results. - Deliver "train the trainer" solutions and contribute to virtual, online, and blended learning solutions. - Monitor the effectiveness of training and identify opportunities for improvement. **What We're Looking For**: **Desirable requirements include**: - A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Adult Education, or Organisational Development. - Superior consulting skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making. - The ability to champion and lead change. - Strong project management skills. - Experience with Easy Generator for content creation is desirable, but not mandatory. **About G4S Australia and New Zealand** G4S, An Allied Universal(R) Company is a leading security and facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions.
